A plan based stage is a stage based upon a plan such as a pension or an ISA. You can assign a provider like Aviva or Standard life to each plan and you can have an unlimited number of plans within any case. You can also add a plan number

How do I set up a plan bases stage in my workflow?

Any stage can be turned in to a plan based stage. In the stage toolbar, there is a P icon. just toggle this on to set the stage as a plan based stage.

Plan based stages require the user to select a provider. The provider is linked to it's record in the Fluid Provider Directory, and makes accessing contact details for the provider from within the case really easy.
