Welcome to the Workflow Builder.
The Workflow builder is the tool used to create the structure to all of your cases, and tasks.
If you have the relevant workflow permissions, you can create a new workflow in a number of ways.
Option 1: Start from a blank canvas.
Navigate to the 'Workflows' page from the left sidebar.
Click on the top left of the 'Workflows' panel on the left side of the page in order to expand the menu.
If you have the correct permissions, you will see a plus icon to the right of the 'Custom Workflows' heading.
Click the plus icon to open the workflow creation modal window.

Option 2: Duplicate a prebuilt workflow.
Navigate to the 'Workflows' page from the left sidebar.
Click on the top left of the 'Workflows' panel on the left side of the page in order to expand the menu.
If you have the correct permissions, you will be able to right click on any workflow and select 'Duplicate Workflow.
